Built Around Your Programme
Construction cleaning works best when it is coordinated with the programme rather than bolted on at the end. We are happy to be involved early so we understand the phasing, the handover dates, and the points in the build where cleaning needs to happen before the next trade arrives.
For welfare facilities, we can set up an ongoing cleaning schedule for the duration of the project. For builder's cleans and handovers, we book in around your timeline and confirm availability well in advance.
For reactive requirements, where something needs dealing with quickly between phases, call us and we will do our best to get someone on site as fast as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate tight timelines. For planned handovers, we prefer as much notice as possible, but we understand that programmes slip and we will work with you when that happens. Call us and we will give you an honest answer on availability.
Yes. We can set up a regular schedule for site cabins and welfare facilities for the duration of the project. This is usually easier to manage when it is agreed at the start rather than arranged ad hoc.
