How we work
A Programme Built Around Your Estate
Most estate cleaning works best when it is planned in advance and fits around the estate calendar. Shooting seasons, letting periods, open days, and agricultural activity all affect when and where we can work. We discuss all of that before we start and build a programme around it.
For estates with a mix of buildings and surface types, we assess each area and agree on the right approach. Soft washing is appropriate for dressed stone and heritage render. Pressure washing suits courtyards, hard standings, and outbuilding exteriors. We do not apply the same method across the board.
We are available seven days a week and can respond to reactive requests the same day where needed.

Yes. We use soft washing and low-pressure methods for sensitive stonework, dressed stone, and heritage render. We do not apply high-pressure washing to surfaces where it could cause damage, and we discuss the right approach for each building before starting.
Yes. We plan estate visits to cover as much ground as efficiently as possible. For larger properties, we can spread the work across several visits within a programme or carry out larger cleans during quieter periods on the estate.
Both. Some clients bring us in for a specific clean ahead of a sale, a letting season, or an open day. Others have an annual or seasonal maintenance programme. Either way, there is no minimum commitment and we are happy to visit before quoting.
We cover external cleaning for holiday lets on estates, including walls, windows, patios, and external furniture areas. For interior changeover cleaning, that falls outside our scope, but we can handle all the exterior work that keeps the property looking well presented for guests.
